4.3. Processing of data and its legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the 
Data Protection Act:

a. For the fulfillment of contractual obligations: We process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 b of the 
European Basic Protection Ordinance (GDPR), if you instruct us to render services for you.
b. As part of a balance of interests: As far as it is necessary in a balance of interests to safeguard legitimate 
interests under Art 6 para 1 f GDPR, we also process your data in order to ensure the fulfillment of contracts e.g.

- to get in contact with you and to show you suitable objects or financings;
- to determine a credit standing in an individual case in exchange with credit bureaus (for example SCHUFA);
- advertising or market research, as far as you have not objected to this use of your data,

4.4. Disclosure of data
In principle, we do not disclose information to third parties, unless we use service providers for the provision 
of certain services, but who are contractually obligated to comply with the statutory data protection obligations 
to the same extent as we ourselves or if we have your information on your behalf to the contractor (such as the 
seller or lessor of your desired property or a suitable bank to finance your financial needs).

4.5. No obligation to provide data

In principle, we do not use fully automated decision processes for our services. Should these be used in
